SHIPPING

All Items are delivered by Australia Post within 2 - 5 working days from receipt of payment. On check out you will have a choice of standard or express post. Postage is charged at normal Australia post charges and will be calculated on checkout based on weight and dimensions.

RETURNS

Before returning any goods email us at shop@curtainandblindcreations.com.au or call us on 02 6162 0415 before returning any item. We ask that all returns arrive in original condition; including packaging and that you obtain proof of return from your carrier. Any goods that you return will incur a 15% handling fee to cover costs. Unfortunately we cannot refund Ready Made Curtains without the original undamaged packaging or Curtains that have been altered or adjusted in anyway.

REPLACEMENTS

All Ready Made Curtains at Curtain & Blind Creations are quality checked before despatch but in the unlikely event that you experience a problem or your Curtain is faulty email us at shop@curtainandblindcreations.com.au or call us on 02 6162 0415 We will promptly deal with your queries and if necessary we will arrange for a replacement to be sent without delay.

CANCELLATIONS

Pease note there is a cancellation charge of 15% if goods have already been dispatched to cover costs.
